September...the time when the crowds are gone, and the fishing is awesome. This is when double digit bonefish cruise our shallows; permit patrol the edges and rolling tarpon break the stillness of the glass calm mornings. It is not just babies in the 15 - 50 pound range. Since late July a surprising number of 100 plus pound tarpon have been caught, as well.
